巴西国家石油公司（Petrobras）刚刚签下一份为期20年的长期供应大单——今后每年将从美国采购80万吨液化天然气（LNG），气源来自美国德克萨斯州在建的港口阿瑟二期项目（Port Arthur Phase 2）。

Brazil's state oil company Petrobras has just signed a 20-year long-term supply deal — purchasing 800,000 tonnes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) per year from the United States, sourced from the Port Arthur Phase 2 project under construction in Texas.

港口阿瑟二期已于2025年9月敲定最终投资决定（FID），项目将新建两条液化生产线，新增年产能1300万吨；本期建成后，整个项目年产能将直接翻倍至2600万吨。

Port Arthur Phase 2 reached its final investment decision (FID) in September 2025. The project will add two new liquefaction trains with 13 million tonnes of new annual capacity — doubling the complex's total output to 26 million tonnes per year once completed.
